Our office is tucked away at 1226/3 in Rajiv Nagar, specifically in Gali Number 5 here in Gurgaon. It is a bit different from the big tech parks you might expect. We are located in a narrow lane where the neighborhood is always active. Every morning, we walk down the gali to get to the building, dodging the occasional cow or scooter. The space we work in is simple and functional. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day dealing with technical tasks and data. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work. The walls are just plain, and we don't have any of those fancy break rooms or coffee machines you hear about. We just go out to the local stall for our tea breaks. Rajiv Nagar has a very local, lived-in feel, so you hear the sounds of families and nearby shops all day long. Sometimes the electricity fluctuates, and we have to restart things, which is just part of the routine. We focus on getting through the workload and keeping our records straight. It is a very hands-on environment. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a lot of talk about local news and what’s happening in the market. We are just a group of people working hard in a small corner of Gurgaon, trying to stay on top of our daily goals without any fuss.
