Our office is located over in Sector 22 B in Gurgaon. If you spend any time in this area, you know how it gets with the office buildings and the traffic during shift changes. We are tucked away in a spot that stays pretty busy from morning until late at night. Inside, it's mostly rows of computers and people talking on headsets or typing away. It’s a tech place, so there’s always something going on with a server or a software update. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out technical issues for people. The break room is where most of us end up when we need a breather from the monitors. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been here for years and others who are just starting out. Gurgaon is a fast place, and it feels like that inside our walls too. It's not the kind of job where you sit around doing nothing. There is always a ticket to close or a system to check on. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and we all complain about it, but that's just how it goes in these big buildings. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss. Most of us take the local metro to get here every day.
