We are Interglobe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and we have been based out of Gurgaon for quite a while now. If you have ever been to this part of India, you know that the city is always growing and there is construction happening on almost every corner. Our office is right in the middle of all that fast-paced energy. We have a lot of people working here in different departments, mostly focused on technology and helping out with various systems. The office has that typical Gurgaon vibe where everyone is in a rush to get to their meetings or finish their shifts before the traffic gets really bad in the evening. Most of us spend our time at our workstations with headsets on or typing away at code and spreadsheets. It’s a professional environment but it feels like a regular workplace where people just want to get their work done and go home to their families. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because the Haryana heat can be really tough during the middle of the year. We have a cafeteria where people hang out during lunch, and that is usually the loudest part of the day. It’s not a small operation by any means, but we try to keep things grounded. There are always new faces joining the team because things are always moving forward here in the city.
