Intercontinental Group

We operate from Enfield Grant in the Vikas-Nagar area of Dehradun, up in Uttaranchal. It is a fairly quiet spot, which is a nice change from the loud atmosphere of the bigger cities. The office is located in a building that has been around for a long time, and it has a very simple, functional layout. We don’t have any big corporate signs or fancy interior design. Most of the space is just desks, computers, and a few filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. Our team is small, mostly made up of people from the local Dehradun area who have been with us for a while. We handle the logistical side of things for the Intercontinental Group, which means a lot of time on the phone and managing schedules. It is the kind of office where everyone chips in with whatever needs to be done, whether it’s answering the phone or making a fresh pot of tea. We have a small area outside where we can sit during our breaks and look at the trees. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have many meetings, and when we do, they usually happen over lunch. The pace is steady, and we don't feel the need to rush things just for the sake of it. We like being in Vikas-Nagar because it feels like a real community rather than just a business district.
