Intellicom Contact Centre is located at 72/2, Ashok Mohalla in Nangloi, Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Nangloi, you know it’s a very busy and crowded part of the city. Ashok Mohalla is full of small houses and local shops, and we are right in the middle of it. Our address, 72/2, is just a regular building on a busy street. It’s not a fancy glass office. It’s a place where real people come to work every shift. The noise from the street is always there, with bikes and people passing by at all hours. We have our headsets and our computers, and we just focus on the job. The building has seen better days, maybe, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a posh lobby. It’s about the work we do inside. Nangloi has a very specific feel to it—it’s gritty and hardworking. We fit right in. We spend our days answering calls and managing the center. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped, but we make it work. It’s a local operation through and through. If you walk down the lane in Ashok Mohalla, you’ll find us. It’s just a simple setup in a very old part of Delhi. No corporate nonsense, just a bunch of us working in Nangloi. We deal with the calls and the noise and the daily Delhi heat.
