We work out of house number 1915 in Malka Ganj, right in the heart of Delhi. It’s a crowded area, as anyone who knows this part of the city can tell you. Dealing with travel and customer service for Yatra and Intelenet from this spot means things are always moving fast. The building itself is an older one, typical of Malka Ganj, and we’ve packed a lot into the space we have. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a screen. Delhi’s energy definitely finds its way inside these walls. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy entrance; you just walk in and see everyone busy at work. It gets a bit cramped when the whole shift is in, but we make it work. The street outside is usually full of rickshaws and people heading to the markets, so there’s never a quiet moment. We’ve learned to focus despite the chaos. Lunch usually involves getting something quick from a local vendor nearby. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just here to handle the bookings and help people with their travel plans. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but the team is solid. We know our way around the system and the neighborhood, and that’s what matters at the end of the day. Working in Delhi is always an adventure, and this little office is our corner of it.
