We are based in Sonepat, specifically at house number 1285 in Sector 15. It’s a quiet residential area in Haryana, and we like it that way. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted to fit our needs. We have a few rooms set up with computers and headsets for the work we do. It’s a bit different from the big service centers in the bigger cities, but it works for us. Most of the people working here are from around the neighborhood. We walk or ride our scooters to get here every morning. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don’t wear suits or anything like that. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog starts barking during a call, and we just have to apologize and keep going. We have a small backyard where we sit sometimes when we need a break from the screens. The furniture is mostly stuff we’ve picked up over the years, so nothing matches perfectly. We handle a lot of global services, which sounds big, but inside these walls, it’s just a group of us trying to do a good job. We know the local shopkeeper who brings us milk for our tea twice a day. Sonepat is a growing place, but our little corner of Sector 15 stays pretty much the same. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even need to look at the house numbers anymore to find our way to the front door.
