We are located at D-46 in East Uttam Nagar, inside Flat A7. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve made a decent workspace out of it. The rooms are filled with desks and chairs, and there’s always the sound of people talking on their headsets. We’ve been here for a bit, and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at all hours. Uttam Nagar is always crowded, so there’s a lot of energy outside on the street. Inside, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We handle a lot of data and calls for different people. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some notes pinned up. It’s a practical place for doing work. Everyone here has their own little corner with their personal things like a water bottle or a photo. We share snacks in the small kitchen area when we have a break. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait a minute, but mostly we stay busy. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. Being in a flat makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold office, which is nice in its own way. Most of us take the metro to work since the station is not too far away from the building.
