Indigo Airlines

Our place is at B32 Westend Heights in Gurgaon. It’s a big building and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. Working in the airline business means things never really stop. This office in Haryana is where a lot of the planning and paperwork happens. It’s not an airport terminal, so you won’t see any planes here, just a lot of people at their desks. 122009 is our pin code if you’re looking for us on a map. Gurgaon is full of offices like this, but we just focus on our own tasks. We have a lot of departments all mixed together. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don’t use fancy language to talk about what we do. We just make sure the flights are scheduled and the staff is where they need to be. It’s a lot of logistical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office decor. It’s functional. We have our meetings, drink our tea, and try to stay on top of the schedule. Being in Westend Heights gives us a decent view of the area, but mostly we are looking at screens. It’s a real job with real challenges every day. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people. We just act like ourselves and get the work finished. It’s a busy life here in Gurgaon, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years.
