Indian Transformers & Electricals

Our place is out on Behrampur Road, right near the 38th Km stone on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. It’s a bit of a drive to get here. Indian Transformers & Electricals is situated where you can always hear the big trucks zooming past. We work with heavy electrical components, so there’s a lot of copper and metal around. The yard is usually full of big units waiting to be moved. It’s a dusty spot because of the highway, but we’ve got plenty of space. We spend our days wiring things up or checking connections. It’s technical work, but we talk about normal things while we do it. The sun can be quite harsh out here on the road. We have a small shed where we keep the tools organized. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy reception desk. Usually, you’ll just find someone in overalls near the main gate. We’ve been at this highway location for quite some time. It’s convenient for the big transport trucks. We just keep our heads down and focus on the transformers. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and careful assembly. When the day ends, we watch the traffic for a bit before heading home. It’s just our daily life here. The gate is a bit rusty and hard to close, but it keeps things secure. We have a dog that hangs around the yard too.
