Indian Airlines Call Center

We are over here at the ground floor in Vaishali, Sector II. It is number 267. This spot is mostly about phones ringing all day and people trying to figure out their travel plans. Ghaziabad can get a bit loud outside but inside we just focus on what is in front of us. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just desks and headsets and a lot of coffee from the nearby stalls. Sometimes the power goes out for a second but we get back to it. Most of us have been here a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. Getting here is okay if you know the shortcuts through the sector lanes. We spend a lot of time talking to people from all over who want to fly somewhere. It's just a regular workplace where we try to keep things moving. The ground floor location is handy because we don't have to wait for any slow lifts. It feels like a part of the local street life here in U.P. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just a place where work gets done every day. Some days are busier than others especially when there are holidays coming up. Then it gets really noisy in here. But mostly it is just the steady hum of voices and computers. We know the tea seller around the corner by name now. It’s not much, but it’s where we spend our days making sure things stay on track for the airline.
