We operate out of Smriti A-63, located in Sector 55 of Noida. This isn't a hotel where you can book a room; it’s more of an administrative office for India Hotels Company Limited. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff here. The office is in a residential-looking building, so it doesn't have that cold corporate feel. There are about six of us working here on any given day. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. Sector 55 is a decent area with some nice trees and it's not as chaotic as the center of Noida. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. The desks are a bit mismatched and we have cables running along the floor, but it’s our space. We don't have any big posters or fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. We know the guy who runs the small grocery store nearby. It’s a very local feel. We just focus on the logistics and the paperwork that keeps everything else running. A-63 is a simple address, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels very familiar. We just take it one day at a time.
