In M/S Ariel Travel Pvt Ltd. Sainik Farm , New Delhi

We are based on the ground floor of House No 157 in Sector 40, Gurgaon. Even though the name on the papers mentions Sainik Farm in New Delhi, this is where we do our daily work for Ariel Travel. It’s a standard office space where we spend most of our hours looking at travel routes and booking tickets. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking about flight times or trying to figure out their vacation plans. We have a few desks, some maps on the wall that are probably out of date, and plenty of computers. Sector 40 is a busy part of Gurgaon, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We handle a lot of small details that go into a trip, and it can be quite a lot to keep track of. Sometimes a booking gets complicated and we all have to huddle around one screen to figure it out. We don’t have a big fancy storefront with posters. Most people just call us or come in because they know the address. We’ve been working from this ground floor spot for a while now. It gets a bit chilly in the winter, so we usually have a small heater running by our feet. It’s a straightforward business. We just try to get people from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s what we do every day from morning until we close up.
