Our office is located in Dwarka, right in the Gangotri Apartments at Flat 324. It is in Pocket 1, Sector 12, which is a fairly quiet residential part of New Delhi. We handle property management and various services from this flat. It might seem a bit strange to have an office in an apartment building but it actually works out quite well for us. It feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We spend most of our time looking after buildings and making sure repairs are being handled properly. There is always a list of things that need fixing somewhere or a tenant who has a question about their lease. We are a small group and we do not go in for anything too formal. Most days it is just us sitting around the big table with our laptops and a lot of files. The Sector 12 market is close by so we usually head there if we need anything for the office or just a quick bite to eat. Managing properties can be a bit of a juggle with all the different people involved but we just take it one task at a time. It is practical work and we have been doing it from this spot for a while. We know the neighborhood well and the security guards at the gate always give us a nod when we come in.
