Il &Fs Property Management

We operate out of House Number 529 in Sector 18, Sarhul. It’s near the Maruti area in Gurgaon. The office is set up as a C/O Subash Yadav. It’s a very local feel because we are right in the middle of a residential block. IL &FS Property Management is what we do. Basically, we look after buildings and keep things running. Our office is just a regular house that we use for work. There’s a small sign outside. Inside, it's mostly desks and files about the different properties we handle. It can get pretty hectic when a pipe bursts somewhere or a tenant has a problem. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. Sarhul is a decent place to be based. It's close to the industrial parts of Gurgaon. We don't have a big staff. It's a small team that knows the neighborhood well. Sometimes we sit and have tea while going over the maintenance schedules. It isn't a polished corporate environment. It's practical and down-to-earth. We’ve been at this H.No 529 address for quite some time now. Most of the neighbors know us. We just keep our heads down and do the management work. It’s a simple operation here in Haryana. We don't need much more than our phones and a place to sit. It works for the kind of property work we do.
