Ihg Crowne Plaza

We are the Ihg Crowne Plaza and we are situated at 1-Cb, Edena in Mumbai. This is in the 400020 area of Maharashtra. Being in a city like Mumbai means it is always busy outside our doors. We have a lot of rooms here and it takes a big team to keep everything going. We spend most of our time on the usual hotel work like cleaning, fixing things, and helping guests. There are always people checking in or out at the front desk. We don’t really have any fancy ways of talking about what we do. It is just a large hotel. We try to make sure the rooms are ready and the food is served on time. The building at Edena is where we have been for a long time. It can get pretty loud and hectic in the lobby when there are lots of people around. My staff works hard to keep things organized so nobody has to wait too long. We don’t have a mission statement or use any corporate slogans. We just focus on the work that needs to be done each day. Mumbai is a city that never really stops, and we have to keep up with that. We’ve seen the 400020 neighborhood change a lot over the years. We are just a regular part of the city now, doing our best to keep the lights on and the guests happy.
