The Ibm office is located at 285/12 in Krishna Colony, Gurgaon. It is a bit different from the big shiny buildings you see in the other parts of the city. Krishna Colony is more of a local neighborhood. We have been here for a bit and we have a simple routine. We get in, start the systems, and get to work. Most of what we do involves sitting at our desks for long hours. We have a few fans and some basic lighting. It is not a place with fancy carpets or glass walls. We are just a small group of people doing our jobs. Outside, you can hear the normal sounds of the colony, like vendors calling out or cars passing by. We often walk to the nearby shops to get some snacks or a cold drink. The weather in Haryana can be quite dry, so we try to keep the office cool. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes in, one of us just looks up from our computer to help. It is a very practical and honest way to work. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about the rest. It is just a quiet corner in a busy city where we get things done.
