Ibm Daksh

We are located over at 5K-103 in Ridgewood Estate, which is part of DLF Phase IV in Gurgaon. Being inside a housing estate makes the vibe at Ibm Daksh a little different than the usual office park. You see families and people jogging while you’re heading in for a shift. Our space is basically a converted residential unit that we’ve packed with desks and computers. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze, but we are all used to it by now. The work is steady and involves a lot of data and processing. We don't have a big cafeteria, so most of us bring lunch from home or order from the small shops just outside the estate gates. The security at the main gate can be a bit strict about visitors, which is good for safety but sometimes annoying when you’re in a rush. The air conditioning is always running on high because the rooms get warm with all the machines going. It’s not a glamorous setup with lounge areas or bean bags. It’s just a place where we put our heads down and get through the daily tasks. We know the guards by name and we know which local delivery spots actually arrive on time. It is just a regular group of people working hard in a quiet corner of the city.
