Ibm Daksh

We are based at the Air Force Station in Mohammadpur, right in the Gurgaon area. It’s an interesting place for Ibm Daksh to work because of the planes and the security around the base. We don't have a big fancy glass building like the ones you see in Cyber City, but this spot works for us. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the gate security, but you get used to it. Inside, it’s mostly people on computers and phones doing their daily tasks. We don't talk much about innovation or anything like that; we just show up and get through the tickets and the calls. The air is a bit clearer here than in the middle of Delhi, which is nice. Most of us live nearby or take the company bus. You see the same faces every day in the cafeteria. It’s a job like any other, really. We handle a lot of data and talk to people from all over. Sometimes the AC is too cold, and we have to wear sweaters even when it’s hot outside. Mohammadpur isn't the center of the world, but for us, it’s where the work gets done. We just focus on finishing the shift and heading home. There’s no big secret to how we run things, just people sitting at desks doing what’s expected of them. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us just fine.
