Our office is over at 10/102 in Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. This is one of those neighborhoods that is always loud and full of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. We do a lot of back-office and support work from this location. The building is a typical one for this area, with narrow stairs and a lot of other businesses and families nearby. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with desks, chairs, and computers. We don’t have any fancy decorations or big signs. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day. Most of the people who work here live in this part of Delhi, so we all know the area pretty well. We often talk about where to get the best lunch or which route is the least crowded during rush hour. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have long, boring meetings. We just get our instructions and get to work. Sometimes the street outside is so noisy we have to close the windows, but that’s just life in Subhash Nagar. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years, and it’s become a second home for many of us. We don't try to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just a group of regular people doing our jobs in a busy part of the city.
