Ibm Daksh

Our spot is at H.No-1696, right near Ajanta Public School in Sector 31. If you’ve ever been around here during school drop-off or pick-up times, you know how hectic it can get. We’ve been at this Gurgaon location for quite a while now. The office is basically a house that’s been converted into a workspace, which gives it a bit of a different feel compared to the big IT parks. At Ibm Daksh, we’re mostly busy with back-end stuff and data, which means a lot of clicking and typing all day long. The air conditioning is always running because the Delhi heat doesn't mess around. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows everyone else’s business. It’s not a sterile corporate environment. We have our lunches together and complain about the traffic on the way in. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the data is accurate and the clients are getting what they asked for. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big pile of work, and other times we’re able to head out early. It’s a very standard, honest way to make a living. We don't have any slogans on the walls. We just have our computers and a sense of getting the job done properly.
