You can find us over in Tughlakabad Extension, specifically at Rz 2062 B in Gali Number 27. It is a really busy part of New Delhi, and the lanes can be quite narrow and crowded. Working at IBM Daksh here is a bit different from those huge glass campuses you might see in the photos. We are right in the middle of the community. Every day is a bit of a grind with the phones and the computers, but that is the nature of the work we do. There is always noise from the street, vendors shouting, and bikes zooming past. It makes the day go by fast, honestly. We have people working different shifts, so the lights are on at all sorts of hours. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can handle the service tasks we are assigned. We drink a lot of chai from the local shops and try to keep the energy up. Finding the office in Gali 27 can be a bit of a trick if it’s your first time, but we’re a staple in the neighborhood now. We aren't here to make big speeches about the future; we're just here to handle the calls and data that come our way. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in South Delhi.
