This office is located at 16/75 Thapar Colony in Yamunanagar, which is a bit of a change if you’re used to the big city vibes. Even though the name says Ibm Daksh Gurgaon, we are right here in the 13001 pin code area. Thapar Colony is a fairly settled place, and our office fits right into the neighborhood without causing much of a fuss. It’s a straightforward building where we handle a lot of the backend stuff that people don't usually see. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to get creative with how we arrange the desks to make sure everyone has enough space for their monitors. We don't have any big corporate decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a dusty clock that’s five minutes fast. Most mornings start with someone making a big pot of tea and everyone talking about their commute. It’s a steady kind of place where the work is consistent. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just a team of people in Yamunanagar getting through their lists and making sure the data is right. The street outside is usually quiet except for the occasional delivery truck or neighbors walking by. It feels more like a local workplace than a giant tech hub, and that suits us just fine for the most part.
