If you come to the DDA Flats in Kalkaji, you’ll find us on the second floor of J1/325. It’s a typical South Delhi setup, honestly. The stairs are a bit steep and the hallway is narrow, but once you get inside, it’s a full-on operation. We’ve got people here at all hours because the work at Ibm Daksh Business Process Services doesn’t really stop. We handle various business processes, which mostly means a lot of data and a lot of phones. It’s not the most glamorous place to work, but it’s real. We have some posters on the walls to brighten things up, but mostly it’s just rows of workstations. In the afternoons, you can hear the kids playing outside in the colony, which is a nice break from the office noise. We get our lunch from the local tiffin services or walk down to the nearby market if we have the time. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many computers and servers running, but we make it work. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business because we’re all sitting so close. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy canteen. It’s just us, some headsets, and a lot of spreadsheets. We’ve been in this building for a while now and it’s become like a second home to most of the staff.
