Our place is located at K396A in New Delhi. It is one of those areas that stays busy from morning until late at night. The building itself is pretty straightforward and doesn't stand out much. Inside, there are a lot of people working on different shifts. Since it’s a business process place, the phones are usually ringing or people are talking to clients. It’s not a quiet library by any means. Rows of desks and all the equipment needed for the day fill the rooms. 110037 is a well-known pin code around here. Getting to work can be a bit of a trek depending on where you live in Delhi, but it's part of the job. The tea guy outside the building does a lot of business with us. There’s always someone taking a quick break by the entrance to get some fresh air. Fancy art on the walls isn't really our thing. It’s all about the work and making sure we get through the queue of tasks. The air conditioning stays on full blast because of all the machines running. Sometimes the power flickers, but the backup kicks in quickly. It’s a very practical environment where people mostly just do their hours and head home. Social events don't happen often. It’s a real working office where things happen fast and no one stands around talking for too long unless it’s about a specific job. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
