Our office is over at D-45, Street No.1 in Batla House. If you know Jamia Nagar, you know it's a tight squeeze with the lanes and all the people moving around. We are based out here in Okhla, New Delhi-110025. This place is mostly about handling business processes and helping customers over the phone or through emails. It gets pretty loud in the office with everyone talking at once. We've got a lot of desks squeezed in here. The walk from the main road can be a bit of a trek depending on the weather. Most of us take the metro and then walk or catch a rickshaw. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the day-to-day grind of customer service work. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all have to wait around, which is frustrating but that's how it goes. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby where we go for breaks. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it serves its purpose. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital files all day long. It's a mix of younger kids starting out and some older folks who have been here since the start. We just try to get through the queue of tasks before the day ends. It’s a busy environment and the coffee machine is usually the most popular spot in the room for a quick chat.
