I-Flex

Our office for I-Flex is at House No.-229 in Sector-14, Gurgaon. This is one of the older, more settled parts of Haryana, so it has more of a neighborhood feel than the new office parks. The office is basically just a house that we’ve adapted for our work. We use the living room as the main workspace and the other rooms for meetings or storage. It’s a very comfortable way to work compared to a cubicle. We have a small lawn out front, though it gets quite dry in the summer months and we forget to water it sometimes. Sector-14 is a busy place with a good market nearby. We often walk there to get lunch or pick up some supplies. Inside the house, it’s pretty simple. We have our desks, some old wooden chairs, and plenty of power strips for our computers. It’s not a polished tech office with bean bags or fancy lights. We just use what we have and keep things functional. The internet is our most important tool, and we spend most of the day staring at our screens. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our calls, but that’s just part of being in a residential area. We don't have any big promotional displays or logos outside. People know where we are if they need us. It’s a very grounded and honest way of doing business.
