Hr Executive

I work out of a small place in Rohini Sector-15. The address is G-1/31 and it’s right here in the heart of Delhi 85. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others handling recruitment and HR stuff. My desk is usually covered in resumes and notes from interviews I’ve done throughout the week. It’s not a big corporate HR department, just a local office where we try to help people find jobs and help companies find staff. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the kids playing outside sometimes, but I don't mind it. It makes the place feel more like part of the neighborhood. I spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to candidates and trying to figure out if they’re a good fit for what we need. It can be exhausting sometimes, especially when you have to tell someone they didn't get the job. But that is the nature of this work. The office is simple, just some chairs and a filing cabinet that probably needs to be organized better. I’ve been in this sector for a while and I like the directness of working in a small space like this. You get to know people better. It’s not about fancy systems; it’s about talking to people and understanding what they’re looking for. Rohini is a busy area, but our little corner is usually quite manageable.
