People often ask where we are located, and since we don’t have a regular office, we just point them to our history as per the attached resume. We are basically a small group of folks who know the hotel business from the inside out. We spend our days traveling between different properties instead of sitting in a cubicle. It’s a bit of a nomadic life, really. We might be in a kitchen in the morning and a boardroom by the afternoon. We don’t use any of that fancy consultant talk or promise to change the world. We just look at how things are running and suggest practical fixes that actually work. If a hotel has a leaky pipe or a staff scheduling issue, we deal with it directly. Our team has done everything from cleaning rooms to managing big resorts, so we aren’t just reading from a book. It’s hard work and involves a lot of long hours on the road. We don’t have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking at our past work. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, without any of the corporate fluff. Sometimes it’s tiring, but we like being on the move and seeing new places every single week.
