Running a hotel in Gurgaon is a 24-hour job. We’re located right here in the middle of the city where everything is constantly moving. It’s not just about the rooms; it’s about the people who walk through the doors every day. We have guests coming in at 3 AM from the airport and others leaving early for meetings. The lobby is usually a mix of business travelers and families. It gets pretty hectic during wedding season or when there’s a big conference in town. Our staff is mostly local people who know the city well. We spend a lot of time making sure the kitchen is ready and the laundry is done. Things break sometimes, or a guest might be unhappy with their view, and we just have to fix it as it happens. We don’t use a lot of fancy talk because the reality of hospitality is just hard work and being available when someone needs a towel or a meal. The building itself has been part of the Gurgaon skyline for a while now. We see the city changing around us every day. It’s a lot of coordinating between the front desk, the cleaning crews, and the kitchen staff. We just try to keep things running smoothly so that people have a place to stay without any extra stress.
