Hotel Park Plaza

You can find us over at the B-Block in Sushant Lok Phase-1, right here in Gurgaon. Being a hotel, things never really stop or shut down. There is always someone at the desk or someone cleaning a room or moving luggage around. It is a busy atmosphere because people are constantly checking in and out, usually looking a bit tired from their travels. We spend a lot of time making sure the lobby looks decent and that the rooms are ready for whoever is coming next. Sushant Lok is a pretty central area, so there is a lot of noise and movement outside our doors at all hours. The staff here is just a bunch of people trying to make the stay comfortable for guests without making a huge deal about it. We have our morning briefings where we talk about what needs fixing or who is arriving, and then we just get to it. Sometimes the kitchen gets really loud when breakfast is being served, and you can smell the food all the way down the hall. It is a big building with a lot of corners to keep track of, and something always needs attention, whether it’s a lightbulb or a leaky tap. We aren't perfect, but we try to keep the place running smooth so people have a place to sleep and eat while they are in town for business or family stuff.
