Hotel Majestic Park Plaza

We operate out of Flat 11 in the Lord Shiva Apartments, located in Sector 10-A in Gurgaon. It might seem a bit unusual for a hotel business to be in an apartment complex, but this is where we handle the management and the back-end side of things. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big hotels themselves. We spend our hours on the phone, managing bookings and making sure the staff at the property have what they need. There are usually stacks of papers on the table and several computers running at once. Gurgaon is a loud, fast place, so being tucked away in Sector 10-A gives us a bit of a breather to actually get the work done. We don't have a big lobby or a concierge here at the flat; it's just an office space where the real work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we manage. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to make sure that when someone checks into the hotel, everything is ready for them. It’s about the behind-the-scenes stuff that most guests never see. We stay busy from morning till night making sure the numbers add up and the schedules are set.
