Hotel Crosswood, Gurgaon

Our place is located at 1018/1B/6D in Rajrooppur, Allahabad. Even though the name mentions Gurgaon, this is where we are based for this part of the operations. It’s a quiet area, and the building is just a normal spot on the street. We have a few rooms set up for the office work. It’s pretty basic inside. We’ve got some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We spend our time managing the hotel side of things from here, keeping track of bookings and the various things that need fixing. It’s a lot of coordination. The internet can be a bit spotty sometimes, which makes the work take longer than it should. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It keeps the mood light. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls. We’re just a small crew working in a regular neighborhood. We eat our lunch at our desks most days. There is a small tea stall just around the corner that we go to when we need a break. It’s a very ordinary life we lead here. We don't have a big mission or a set of values on the wall. We just show up every morning and try to get the day's work finished without too many problems. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is done correctly and the phones are answered. We stay busy.
