Hospitality Industry

Our place is located in Kurar, which is a small area in the Sonipat district of Haryana. We work in the hospitality field, which basically means we are always on our feet. Whether it's setting up for a local function or helping out people who are traveling through the state, there is always something that needs to be done. The building itself is nothing special, just a functional space where we keep our supplies and do our prep work. Haryana can get very dusty, so we spend a significant amount of our time just trying to keep everything clean and presentable. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. We are just a local team that knows the area well. Most of our staff comes from the nearby villages. We understand what people around here expect when they come to us. The kitchen is usually the heart of the operation, with pots and pans clanging and someone always chopping vegetables. It’s a bit chaotic during the busy season when there are lots of weddings and events, but we like the energy. When things quiet down, we just sit outside and watch the traffic go by on the main road. It’s a decent way to make a living and we take it one day at a time. We don't use big words or fancy titles here. We just show up and do the work.
