Our place is located at 201/A in Surya Vihar. It is right near Sector 4 in Gurgaon. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded during the rush hour. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. It’s a decent building, nothing too flashy, just a solid place to get things done. Inside, there are desks pushed against the walls and a lot of wires running along the floor. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and looking at spreadsheets. The sun hits the front windows really hard in the afternoon so we usually keep the curtains pulled tight. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in the movies with glass walls everywhere. It’s more of a local setup. We know the guys at the gate and the people who deliver the water cans every Tuesday. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to talk to each other instead of just typing. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital files. It’s steady work and we like being in this part of town. There are plenty of food places nearby so lunch is never a problem. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a plain, functional space for our small team.
