We operate this Hertz Rent A Car location from M-9/30 in DLF City Phase II, Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of the city, which is good for a car rental business because there are always people moving around. We have a small office here where we handle all the keys and the paperwork. It’s not a giant showroom; it’s more of a functional space where we keep track of the fleet. There’s a small market nearby where we get our stationery and supplies. The heat in the parking lot can be tough during June, but that’s just Gurgaon for you. We keep a few umbrellas by the door for the rainy season. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking cars back in when people return them. You’ll see us out in the parking area a lot, checking tires or making sure the interiors are clean. Gurgaon traffic is something we talk about a lot because it affects when the cars get back to us. The office itself is pretty basic—just desks, a couple of chairs, and a cabinet for the keys.
