Hb Travels

Hb Travels is based out of H.No.25/4 in West Rajiv Nagar, Gurgaon. It’s basically a house that we’ve turned into our workspace, so it feels very personal and lived-in. When you come by, you’re walking into a neighborhood, not a business park. We handle a lot of travel arrangements and vehicle bookings from this small office. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of drivers coming in and out, but we make it work. There’s always a kettle on for tea, and the walls are covered with calendars and notes. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website guy. We just talk to people on the phone and write things down in our ledgers. West Rajiv Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something happening on the street outside our window. We’ve been here long enough that we know everyone on the block. If someone needs a car or a trip planned, they just give us a shout. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk because that’s not who we are. We’re just local people helping other people get from one place to another. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds. It’s just a normal, everyday business running out of a home, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
