We are over here at 242/59 on Street Number 8 in Jamia Nagar. It is a busy place, honestly. People are always walking by the office in Ghaffar Manzil Ext and the noise from the street stays with us all day long. We have been doing this estate developer work for a while now. Most days it is just us sitting around the big table talking about different plots or buildings we are working on. There is usually a lot of dust because there is always some construction happening nearby. We try to keep the door shut but the heat still gets in during the summer months. It is not a very fancy office or anything like that. Just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We know the neighbors pretty well. Sometimes we go out to grab some tea from the shop at the corner of the street. Dealing with property is complicated because of all the paperwork and the rules you have to follow, but we just take it one day at a time. People come in asking about prices or where the best spots are to build something small, and we tell them what we know based on what we see around here every day. It is just regular work for us, and we have been in this part of Jamia Nagar for a long time now so we are used to how things move around here.
