Our spot is located at House Number C-1542 in Palam Vihar. It’s a bit of a mixed area in Gurgaon where people live and work side by side. Alok Kr. Roy is the one who handles the daily operations here for Haldira'S Mfg. Ltd. We focus on the manufacturing side of things, which means there’s a lot of machinery and production schedules to worry about. It’s not a quiet office; there’s always something being processed or packed. We don’t have any of those corporate slogans about being the best. We just focus on making sure the batches are right and the quality is what it should be. The workday starts early, and we usually have a lot of crates moving in and out. Palam Vihar has its own unique feel, and we’ve fit into this community over the years. We aren't trying to sound like a big, distant company. We’re just a group of people in a local facility doing our jobs. Sometimes the machines need fixing or a shipment is delayed, and we just deal with it as it comes. We spend a lot of time on our feet and not much time in meetings. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use marketing talk because the work speaks for itself. It’s just about getting the product out the door and making sure everything runs smoothly in our little corner.
