Our office for Gsa For China Airlines is over at number 73 in Sector - 7, Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you have seen how much it has grown, but Sector - 7 still feels like a more established part of town. We are not in a flashy high-rise or a big shopping mall. Our place is a simple, grounded building where we handle all the bookings and the paperwork. We get a lot of phone calls every day from people asking about flight times or ticket prices. It can get pretty busy, especially when travel plans change last minute. There are about ten of us working here on a regular basis. We all know what we are doing and we have a routine that works. The air conditioner in the office is a bit old and makes a constant humming sound, but you stop noticing it after a few minutes. We do not have a canteen or anything like that, so we usually just bring our own food from home or go to the little shops around the corner for a bite. It is a very direct way of working. We do not do long presentations or have meetings for the sake of it. We just look at the tasks for the day and get them done. Haryana is a busy place and there is always noise from the street, but we like being here because it feels like a real neighborhood.
