You can find us over at A 12/1 on the second floor in DLF Phase 1. This part of Gurgaon has a lot of trees and older houses, so it’s a bit different from the new high-rise areas. Our office is in a building that has been here for quite some time. To get to Growastra Advisors, you have to head up to the second floor. It is a straightforward setup with a few rooms and a main area where we keep the big table for meetings. The furniture is a bit older, but it is comfortable enough for the long hours we put in. We don't go for anything flashy; we just need a place to sit and think. Usually, there is a pile of documents on every desk because there is always something to review. We aren't a huge team, just a few partners and some staff who have been together for a while. We know the local area well and often walk to the nearby shops for tea or a quick break. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with books and files stacked up on the shelves. We spend most of our time looking at business plans or giving advice to people who come by. It’s quiet work for the most part, unless we are all debating something around the table. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just show up, do the work for our clients, and then head home. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
