The office is in Sector 56 of Gurgaon, tucked inside Samanvay Apartment at A 103. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people moving around at all hours. Being in an apartment block makes things feel a bit more quiet once you step inside, which is good when we have a lot of numbers to look at. Bonanza Portfolio Ltd has been operating from here, and we’ve gotten used to the specific quirks of the building, like the way the light hits the front door in the afternoon. Gurgaon can be quite loud and fast-paced, but our little corner in Sector 56 stays mostly focused. We don't have a big flashing sign or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle our daily business. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit of a mess, which is just part of living and working in this city. We start early most days to beat the worst of the traffic, even though we are already right here. The neighbors are mostly families, so there’s a nice mix of domestic sounds and professional work going on. It’s a straightforward place without any unnecessary decorations. We keep our files organized and try to make sure everything runs smoothly from Monday to Friday. It feels more like a home office than a cold corporate space, which we actually prefer for getting things done. It’s a simple setup but it works well for us.
