Down in Civil Lines Enclave, right near the P.W.D. Rest House, you will find our office for Grow Talent Co. Ltd. This part of Gurgaon feels a bit different from the high-rise areas; it is a little quieter and has more trees. We have been at number 11 for a while now. The building is easy to find if you know where the rest house is, but people still get lost sometimes. Inside, it is mostly just us looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their careers. We have a few meeting rooms where we sit down with candidates. The furniture is practical, nothing too stylish, just desks and chairs that get the job done. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry in here with the files everywhere. It is a lot of talking on the phone and sending emails back and forth. Sometimes we have people waiting in the small lobby area, nervously checking their phones before an interview. We try to keep things relaxed because looking for a job is stressful enough. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon, so we usually have to pull the blinds down halfway. It is a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find a decent place to work while we do our own jobs here in Civil Lines. It stays pretty busy from morning until evening.
