Group Silverglades

We operate out of Rohini, specifically in Sector 3 at C-11/146. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, always something going on outside. The office is tucked into the building, and it’s where we do all our planning and paperwork. It’s not a very modern setup. We have heavy wooden desks and some old-fashioned shelves that are full of documents. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the main table talking through projects. It’s a straightforward environment. We don’t have a dress code or anything formal like that. Most days it’s just us and the sound of the traffic from the street. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but it’s necessary during the summer months. We’ve been in this location for a good while. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It feels like we are part of the community here. We don't put out brochures about ourselves or anything. People just know us from being around. We just try to stay on top of the work and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a lot of small details that need attending to. We stay until the job is done, then we lock up and head home. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We don't have many meetings, we just talk as we work. It seems to work for us fine.
