Greenfield Online Private Limited is based in Gurgaon, specifically at 108/41 Silver Oaks Apartments in DLF City Phase I. Being in an apartment complex means our office has a very different feel compared to a commercial building. We are surrounded by families and people going about their daily lives, which keeps us grounded. The Silver Oaks area is quite green and nice for a walk when we need to clear our heads. Our space is basically a converted apartment, so we have a living room area that we use for meetings and the bedrooms have been turned into offices with desks and filing cabinets. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have extra files or equipment lying around. We have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we don't make too much noise or stay too late if we can help it. The balcony is our favorite spot, even if it’s just for five minutes of fresh air. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. Most of us have been working together here for a long time, so we’ve figured out how to share the space without getting on each other's nerves. It’s a practical, no-frills way to run a company in Haryana, and we like the convenience of being in DLF Phase I where everything is close by.
