Gold Field Public School Mohan Garden

The school is located in Mohan Garden, New Delhi, specifically at RZ 101/13-C on Street Number 06. It’s a local school where we have kids from the neighborhood coming in every morning. You can hear the sound of children playing and teachers talking from quite a distance away. The building is tucked into the street, and it’s always a bit crowded around the gate when parents come to drop off their children. We have classrooms with chalkboards and rows of benches where the students sit for their lessons. It’s a plain, functional building, but we’ve decorated the walls with some of the children’s drawings to make it look a bit brighter. We don't have a giant playground, but there is enough space for the kids to run around during their breaks. The staff room is usually a mess of textbooks, notebooks that need grading, and half-empty water bottles. We spend a lot of time planning the next day's lessons and making sure we have enough chalk and paper for everyone. It’s a lot of work to keep a school running, especially with all the noise and energy the kids bring. We’ve been here in Mohan Garden for a while now, and we know most of the families who live on this street. It’s a simple place focused on teaching the basics and making sure the children have a safe spot to spend their day. We like it here.
