We are located near the Dharamshala in Dunda Hera, right near the border between Gurgaon and Delhi. It is a very busy area with a lot of trucks and people moving back and forth all day. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we handle our daily business. Being so close to the border means there is always noise from the traffic and the construction nearby. The dust is a bit of a problem, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the border traffic. It’s a practical location for what we do. Inside, it’s just rows of computers and people talking on headsets or over their desks. We don’t have any fancy decorations or lounge areas. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks and cold drinks during the afternoon slump. It’s the kind of place where you just come in, do your job, and go home. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office layout. It’s about getting the work done and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The people here are mostly locals or people who have moved to Gurgaon for work. We are a plain group of people working in a plain building, just trying to stay on top of the schedule and keep the daily operations moving.
