We are tucked away in Swaroop Nagar at D-227/1 on Street Number 3. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everyone kind of knows each other. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done. We deal with telecommunications and services, which means a lot of technical stuff and fixing things that break. The office is often a bit messy with cables and tools lying around. We don't have a fancy reception area or people in uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working through the tickets and service calls. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with bikes and delivery carts, making it hard to get in and out. We’ve been here in Swaroop Nagar for a while and we like the feel of the local area. There is no corporate polish here. If a phone line isn't working or someone needs a connection set up, we just go and do it. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't spend time writing big slogans or trying to impress people with fancy language. We just want to make sure the services stay up and running for everyone. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting and talking to people over the phone about their technical issues. It’s a busy life but we are used to the pace of this part of Delhi.
