You can find us at F-122, G-9 in Katwaria Sarai, a busy little corner of New Delhi. We’ve been operating Global Tele Services from this spot for quite a while now. The office sits in a narrow lane, which is typical for this neighborhood and always buzzing with students. Inside, all our equipment is set up to handle different telecommunication tasks. It’s a compact space, but we’ve managed to fit everything necessary to keep the services running. Much of our day involves troubleshooting connections or helping people with phone and internet issues. Wires and cables run along the walls, and there’s usually a radio playing in the background to keep things lively. This is a very hands-on environment without a fancy front desk. Most of the time, it’s just us working at our stations. Local residents often stop by when their service drops or if they need a new connection. We try to help everyone as fast as possible, even though some days get much more hectic than others. Because the neighborhood is so cramped, finding a parking spot nearby is always a challenge. We’ve gotten to know most of the other shopkeepers around here over the years. It’s a humble setup, but we get the job done and stay busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even work Sundays if a big problem needs fixing. The door stays open for anyone needing tech help.
