Genpact(Ge)

We are based over in Sector 22, Noida, specifically at A-142 on the second floor. It is a pretty standard building in a busy part of town. Every morning, we climb those stairs to get started with the day’s work for Genpact(Ge). The area around Gautam Buddha Nagar is always moving, so there is usually a lot of noise from traffic and people outside. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and a few computers that we use all day. We deal with a lot of data and paperwork mostly. In the summer, the heat in U.P. can be quite something, so we are thankful for the fans and the air conditioning when it works well. We usually have our lunch together, sharing whatever someone has brought from home. It is a simple routine. We do not have any big corporate banners hanging around. Most of the people who work here live nearby or take the metro from other parts of Delhi or Noida. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. We have been here for a good amount of time and know the local chai wallah quite well. He brings us tea twice a day. It is just a regular group of people doing their jobs and trying to get things finished before the evening rush starts.
